Refund Policy

This policy applies to all orders delivered in the United States, the United Kingdom and the European Union.

30-day returns (all customers)

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund, for any reason. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, email hello@temvulo.com or use our contact form with your order number. We will send you the return address and instructions. Please do not send items to our business contact address in Brazil.

Right of withdrawal (UK and EU customers)

If you live in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you, or a person you name, receive the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, tell us of your decision with a clear statement, for example by email to hello@temvulo.com or through our contact form. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to.

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision. We use the same payment method you used, unless you agree otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them, whichever is earlier. You must send the goods back within 14 days of telling us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Return shipping cost

For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return shipping cost. If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we cover all return costs.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us with your order number and a photo. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, and you will not pay anything to return it. This does not affect your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity for UK and EU consumers.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we will email you and issue the refund to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the credit.
